Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At FLEEPT®, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of personal care and wellness products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an incorrect product

To be eligible for a return request:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Exchange processing time may vary depending on stock availability

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer

How to Raise a Request

To initiate a return, refund, or exchange request, please contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images of the product and packaging

  • Reason for the request
